Just What I Was Looking For
First review I have ever written. What makes this app so useful is that it is so easy to customize it to your needs. I use it to track sleep, my emotions, my use of my DBT Therapy skills, my diet and my relationship with my wife and daughters.
Each of these are categories I created. Under each category are the items I track (again totally customizable). The measurements you use to track each item are customizable too. For example, I enter hours for amount of sleep. I choose a simple yes or no for snacking between meals. I choose a severity scale with five levels to track anger. You can even choose a "Note" option for something you track. I use this under my "vulnerability factors" for my emotions category.
