Good app BUT Dissapointed

Good app that I love using on iPhone and iPad DAILY!
however, since a dropbox sync problem, the customer service, once communicative, got silent and doesnt respond to mail anymore, even though I sent several mail again. DISSPOINTED (:
I would (and did) give the app 5 stars, the moment the customer service gets alive back and helps with the problem.
