So glad to have found this.
This has been a Godsend! It covers so many other apps that I have been using and condenses them into one format and allows me to compare them all against each other. I can track my mood, my health, my tiredness, what Ive eaten and what time of the female month it is and co-relate them all to see if theres a pattern.
Im using it to build habits such as make my bed, drink enough water and keep in contact with friends. Ive set it to monitor whether I have expressed thanks and to note what made me feel happy that day and its helped my daily outlook. I hope it helps you too.
My only complaint? When I have neglected to fill in some notes or monitor my carbohydrate/veg/protein/etc consumption it can tell me how many items I still need to fill in but wont lead me to them - that would be a great addition.
