Amazing! The dream app!

Amazing! This was my hard-searched-for dream app! Completely customizable, limitless...this is the one youre looking for, to keep you on track with goals, and help you see the bigger picture to symptom-solve. Two years of daily tracking of dozens of things, and Im even more pleased and happy with what its helped me to accomplish. Try the free version if youd like, but the full version is worth over and over the few dollars it cost!

Features not working...

App wont repeat entire exercise without crashing. Also repeat reps feature doesnt work. Asked tech support to fix these bugs quite a while a go, but not patches... Please fix so I can change to 5 stars!

Does exactly what I need

Highly recommended. Ive used this app for almost a year now. Its very capable and accommodating to my needs. Its highly customizable; you can make it as simple or complicated as you need. I tried other apps before settling on this one as the best at what it does.

Does not sync with other apps

If this is the only app you use to track life, Im sure its fine. However, I use three different apps to track activities throughout life (like FitBit and MyFitnessPal) and the activities cant be synced. I find it annoying to have to transfer data over to this app to see everything together. Its too expensive of an app to not sync with other more popular apps.

Needs iCloud and Watch support

Update for Sep 2016 release: I really wanted to bump up this review but Im not seeing a lot of changes with the new release. There are new APIs for iOS that even allow Siri use in 3rd party apps. Wouldnt it make sense to say "Hey Siri add drank water to TracknShare "? My previous wish list is still a wish list. :-( Previous review If you dont need to sync or use an Apple Watch this is a 4 or 5 star app. But the watch is a great way to quickly tap in an entry and syncing is needed if you have more than one device.

Great app..amazing for tracking habits!

This app is great , clearly the best app for tracking/creating/break a habit and very configurable. I have tried them all and this is the best (hence 5 stars) Features to keep this a five star would be: 1. Auto sync via cloud between devices 2. Higher resolution/zoom out view in graph mode (especially on IPad Pro/Ipad) Thank you for a great app. I have recommended to many folks.

A good start, but needs a lot of work

Update: no significant advances to this app in years. No TouchID, no Health kit integration, no Siri integration, and the interface is still as clunky and ugly as ever. This is the most flexible and potentially powerful app Ive found for tracking various aspects of my life. Unfortunately its got big problems: UI design - the interface is unintuitive and clunky. It does not respect the design conventions set forth by Apple and used in other apps, so its often hard to tell what is a button or a text input field, and theres a frustrating lack of swipe options. I wish there were better options for visualizing all your data over time as well. Sync - there is no syncing of settings and data between devices. This seriously limits its usage for me. Luckily you can backup to and restore from DropBox, but I dont know if you can do this across devices. You can also backup via email, but Im not sure what the use of this is since the backup file cant be opened by Excel. Documentation - there is very little, aside from a tutorial. The User Manual and FAQ items within the app are empty. Icons - there isnt enough variety of icons for all the things you might want to track, and most of the ones there are ugly or hard to read.

New version item colors

Item colors on latest version are counterintuitive. Green should always mean good or the goal, not that weird blue color and then have green the second choice. Please fix it.

Long time user - not liking interface design changes on latest update

This has been my most used app for over five years. Like the added features per user requests but you all made some poor choices in the graphic interface design changes. I agree with other reviews who cite specifics. One Ill add to the list is changing the "thermometer" to a circle. (For "a little" to "a lot" scale.) Thats just dumb. And hard to see differences. Please change it back. I also dont like the simplified, flattened graphics but thats a battle I cant win since Apple flattened everything years ago and everyone is following suit. But my two cents is I miss shading and depth in graphics. Todays trend is so boring. Like were regressing to stick figures. Using apps used to be more aesthetically pleasing. Ok, thats all for my soapbox on that topic. Thanks for making such a great app. You are among the most responsive to user feedback and that is so appreciated. Just watch the temptation to change things that arent broken. Many of us use the app to track chronic health conditions so the last thing we need is the frustration of getting used to graphic changes that really dont improve usability.

Awesome app

I use this daily to track my health and its great when I see the doc cause then he can see exactly whats happening with my condition on a day-to-day basis. Highly recommend!

Overall good

I havent explored all the functions yet but so far its useful. Would like to be able to edit the format of an item without having to delete and start over (eg, change from one scale style to another - it seems as long as there are the same number of response choices that it should translate). A better tutorial as well.

Works for me

I use this app to track my insulin levels, food habits, and other general things. It works well for those things and has sufficient types of charts, etc. to allow me to easily keep up to date.

Not impressed

While the app does track more than most, I wouldnt recommend it. The tracking information doesnt allow specificity. In other words, the weather option gives you "clear, sunny, cloudy, rain, storm." If youre looking for a basic, generic snapshot of your life, other apps may be of more use. I have a series of health issues that I need to track, specifically, and this generic view is not suitable for my purposes. Kinda wishing I didnt spend the $5, since there are free apps that do much more.

Overall great app

Misses the ability to track throughout the day or at least 2-3 time periods per day. This does make it easier to get into the habit of tracking and even journalize a bit. Thanks.

It does just that: track/share

Track how many miles you ran, how much time was spent doing an activity, how happy or sad you were, etc. The data doesnt really interact or anticipate if you didnt meet your goals like a personal trainer app for anyone who wants to stay on top of their habits. But in terms of "tracknshare", it does just that. App suggestion: -- When you click the +button to "track" an item, it should instead call up a menu of options that asks you if you want to 1. "track" item, 2. view stats in list view (with filters for week, month, year, or all entries), 3. Calendar view, 4. view graph mode, 5. edit items settings

Best tracking app Ive tried

Ive tried a bunch of tracking apps and this is by far the most customizable and useful. I track a lot of different things from medication and medical info to habits. I can select whatever scale is appropriate, view a whole month all at once, or view all the inputs for a day at once. Plus customizable graphing and also exporting for when I want to use Excel.

Good app

Ive been using this app for a long time to track my moods. It works well. Wish it had an automatic backup or a reminder to backup. Also the graphs could be more user friendly, for example to show dates better. It would be nice to click on a graph date and see the entries.

Flexible tool

This is a flexible tool with good functionality.

Great app. Very flexible.

Has been so helpful at making my daily routine more consistent.
