Seems great so far.

Seems great for what I need.

Perfect! Simple and flexible

Ive been tracking some basic activities for about a year now, and the simple entry interface and easy reporting gives me just the information I need and makes it easy to enter. Great app!

Almost there - very good

This app is very helpful. It allows me to track my own pain and treatment as well as my sons. There are a couple improvements I think are essential, though: 1) please make it so I can export graphs to my doc like the graphs I can view within the app. Rather than files I need to create in graphs myself. The graphs in the app are useful so the tool clearly has the capability to create them. Data alone isnt useful. 2) the counter option needs a toggle or something. So when you accidentally hit it one too many times you can fix your mistake. As it stands now it just looks like I took more pills than I did if Im using it to track medicine, or had more incidents of something than I really did. 3) the graphs should zero as the baseline so its comparing against that. Rather than against the lowest number selected. So if my pain level has been at its lowest a ver high it appears to be low visually right now. The graph should have none as the baseline so it visually appears as very high. Otherwise great start! Not an easy thing to track with flexibility.

Solidly performing data tracker.

This app does a fine job of allowing you to track whatever data you wish on your own schedule. If you need an app that tells you what to track, this is not what you are looking for. If you want to choose for yourself, then you will like it. I would like to have a little more control over the plots, but the plots are basically fine.

Flexibility, customizable ...

I think this app could use some improvements but over all very useful. I love that I can customize the app to include any category I can think of! My biggest complaint, at the moment, is that I cant change the way I calculate amounts of something after I have chosen it the first time. It will be nearly perfect once they figure that one out.

Great app!

Its easily customizable to track whatever you want. I track sodium amounts, and much more. Its a health diary.

Just What I Was Looking For

First review I have ever written. What makes this app so useful is that it is so easy to customize it to your needs. I use it to track sleep, my emotions, my use of my DBT Therapy skills, my diet and my relationship with my wife and daughters. Each of these are categories I created. Under each category are the items I track (again totally customizable). The measurements you use to track each item are customizable too. For example, I enter hours for amount of sleep. I choose a simple yes or no for snacking between meals. I choose a severity scale with five levels to track anger. You can even choose a "Note" option for something you track. I use this under my "vulnerability factors" for my emotions category. Great app!

Outstanding app!

This app has everything you need for tracking your health daily. Ive used it for more than a year to track health habits and triggers. It has a wide array if applications and can be customized for own needs. Ive added categories to help me track allergy and asthma symptoms. The possibilities are endless! This is so much easier than the pen and tablet I used to joy notes in before!

Very useful app

I am diabetic and have high blood pressure. This app makes keeping a record of these things very easy and quick.

Easy and Comprehensive

Im finding my way around this app easily. Each different entry type is highly customizable and easy to adjust. Charts are easy to generate, and categories can be set up to include a variety of tracks. Great for tracking fitness, diet, moods, pain symptoms, gratefulness, any kind of tracking or personal recordkeeping. Other apps Ive tried either werent so easily customized, were geared to only a limited type of tracking, or werent very intuitive. One of the only things I would change is the possibility of syncing data between devices. For example, I have an iPhone and an iPad, and I cant sync between both. Alternately, however, the app allows you to back up your data to an email file, and upload it to the other device. Its sort of like a manual sync if needed. The Lite version works well, fully functional, for a period long enough to determine whether you will want the full version. It was enough to assure me this was worth the few dollars it cost.

Easily tailored to your own life

For anyone who has a lot of separate health items they want to keep track of, and doesnt want an app to tell them the only categories they can track, this is awesome. It allows you to add whatever categories and use whatever scales you want to gauge each item. I get a lot of headaches/migraines, as well as other random things, and this app allows me to track everything I can think of and hopefully find a pattern somewhere linking everything together. Awesome app!

Good start but needs work

This app is a good idea and Ive been using it for weeks now. The UI is not very good but once you learn to use it its easy enough to use. One thing I would like to see is analysis of things you track. You could make some things independent and dependent variables and then provide insights. Like you are more likely to be happy when it is sunny or there is a strong correlation between you exercising and the amount of time you sleep.

Nice App

Since Im a chronic pain stuff for this app has been very useful. I do find that I need to figure out more of the components so I can use it more fluidly. Being able to journal throughout the day with quick references to pain emotions sleep etc. is a wonderful benefit. One extra bonus is that I can email all of my logs and information in several different formats so my doctor can have everything Ive journaled throughout the day.

Does what I need it to do.

Not a bad program at all. Couple of things that need tweaking but in general worth the money.

Great app! Exactly what we needed.

Our daughter has SPD and were trying find patterns to what makes for good days and bad ones. The daily graphs view is great for looking for patterns. I only wish I could impose a specific sort order like you can in the tracking screen. In other words I want the graph view to be the same as my tracking view. Add that and you get a fifth star. Good job so far and thank you! I know app Dev is a lot of work.

Great customizable app!

This is really great - I can keep track of a lot of things in different categories exactly how I want to keep track of them. Some suggestions: 1.) With the rolling numbers (0:00 input screen), can you make it go all the way around, for instance start at 0 but you have the option of going forward to 1 minute or backward to 59 minutes? Right now its a little inefficient. 2.) Can you make a way to do calculations with gathered data? For instance, I keep track of how much time I spend studying Chinese each week, and its tedious to add each days times up myself. Can there be options for total/time or how far away you are from your goal/time for different categories, and some page with those results on it? Thanks!

Looks good but has nothing new

Why did I think it supported the Apple Health app? If it does, then its a closely guarded secret. Graphs only have mean, min, sum, etc., but not median. Most entries are set up for just 5 values to enter, all subjective. Some things like calories and weight are integers but Im not wasting time when I cant get them into the Health app. The interface is pleasant but not very IOS conformant. Everything in this app could be done on a standard spreadsheet - it could help with simple things but isnt going to help get a real scientific view on a complex disease. I want something new that I couldnt do on my own.

Great!

This a great tool for tracking anything. The interface is attractive and easy to use.

Totally customizable

Ive tried 3-4 mood tracking apps before this one and none really fit my needs. My Dr. has his own chart/categories he wants me to use, but I find the app easier. I was able to add & change things to to track exactly what I need, then I just transfer it all over. Its allowed me to chart the most consistently and accurately in years.

Great Companion to FitBit

If you recently bought a FitBit and are starting to track your activities, this app gives an additional level of analysis for the things that FitBit doesnt cover. Very flexible and useful!
