I have been dealing with several chronic health issues, and wanted a convenient way to track a broad spectrum of symptoms, treatments, physical therapy, and other lifestyle factors. I had bought about 4-5 different apps for that purpose before I found this one, and my search was finally over. It is wonderfully customizable, and allows me to record (lots!) of data quickly on a daily basis. Other apps were less intuitive. I found that they either were not flexible/detailed enough to track the information I need, or were so detailed that they required too much time and energy to actually enter data regularly--especially since the reason I am tracking this information is because I have very limited amounts of time and energy! This app has really helped me to identify patterns and triggers, and prioritize the best ways to support my health. I have not fully figured out the best way to export data, but am confident I will. This is easily the best app that I found. All in all--this was what I was looking for!
Great app wish icloud worked.
Have loved this app for a while now, when you upgrade to paid you have to re-enter your data. Otherwise no complaints!
Very helpful with tracking medical issues/symptoms. Can configure it to your liking. Wish there was a better view for the graph part but it gets the job done. Would recommend.
Easy to use and customizable !!
This app works great to track multiple health problems and medications. I wish I could select items to compare to each other.
So I went ahead and spent $5 on the upgrade, but what a total waste!!! Everything I had tracked and recorded in the lite version is gone! Useless and a waste of time AND money. Very disappointed. Really BAD programming. How do I get my money back? Without my earlier tracking this is useless to me.
Not flexible enough to be useful. For example, I want to track what *time* I went to bed and what time I woke up, not just how long I slept. I want to track what specific foods I ate, not the just types of foods. This lack of detail and flexibility makes the app useless for tracking anything meaningful.
All-in-all this is a good app, but it is interesting to me that it is well over a year since the last update. They are not moving forward with Apples technologies. First, for an app that has share in its name, it is not very easy to share among your iDevices. How about iCloud support? I really want to be able to enter and view my data from any of my iDevices. Next is Apple Watch support. For tracking some of my personal habits the Apple Watch is the perfect device. It is always with me. My iPhone, most of the time, but not always. The entry is so simple on this app why not let me be able to update from my Apple Watch? Address these two areas of concern and my rating will go up. While you are at it (since it seems updates are sparse) make sure you support iOSs multitasking and split view on the iPad.
Please do your best to integrate your app with Apples Health App. This would put you at the top!
Overwhelmed on first try to understand this after purchase. I would like to keep track of my Lyme symptoms and I wish myself great luck with this app!
I absolutely love how I can make a category & set up a highly customizable list to track exactly what I need it to track. Then it actually offers a share option which is very useful. It also graphs things out for you so you can see trends easily. I wish they also shared graphs & not just tables but either way its still worth the investment! Also a little disappointed that color themes are no longer available. The yellowish color doesnt always agree with my eyes(visual issues).
Perfect for what I need--I like how you can customize.
If you dont need to sync or use an Apple Watch this is a 4 or 5 star app. But the watch is a great way to quickly tap in an entry and syncing is needed if you have more than one device.
Having better charting would be nice. The simple bar charts dont communicate very well. The ease of tracking is great.
I like it because it is easy to customize, you can make items to track rather than having to pick from a canned list. Many different types of tracking.
I just found and started using this app, and so far I love it. Ive always wanted to track and view relationships between things like food, exercise, mood, etc. this app has the right level of simplicity and customization features. I hope that over time I can see patterns of actions and use this to form and reinforce good habits. A big thanks to the developer for creating this app!
Very limited and unintuitive.
